Guests & Snacks
No guests, pets, or children allowed. This is a shared salon suite with another technician. To make the most comfortable environment for all of us, please don’t bring any additional guests.
Service animals are permitted.
Snacks are only allowed during pedicure services.
Cancellation Policy
I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 75% of the service cost.
In the case that I cancel an appointment within 24 hours for any reason other than sickness, your rescheduled appointment will be 10% off.
After Hours Appointments
All appointments scheduled at 6 pm or after are considered “after hours". If you are wanting to book this, please make sure to add on the “after hours” or be prepared to pay the fee at the time of the appointment.
This option exists for those who have a schedule that does not work with my regular hours. For those who would like to avoid the fee, but cannot make it during a weekday, I recommend booking on Saturdays.
No-shows
Failure to show up for an appointment without any prior notification will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
No-shows may be blocked from booking future appointments at my own discretion.
Lateness / Downgrading
I have a 15 minute grace period. If you are 15 minutes late, you will be charged for the full price of the service booked, but receive a lesser service.
If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment is considered cancelled and 100% of the service cost will be charged.
If a service change is needed, please inform me anytime until 24 hours before your appointment.
Policies
Sickness
If you have a fever or are exhibiting any signs of COVID-19 or other illness including chills, cough, difficulty breathing, fatigue, body aches, headache, sore throat, congestion, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea, you MUST cancel your appointment. This is to protect my health and the health of other clients.
Foreign Product Removal
I do not do any removals of acrylic or dip. This should be taken off prior to your appointment. If you arrive to your appointment with acrylic or dip, despite this policy, the removal fee will be $60.
Gel removal from other places is $30
